This document introduces how to develop Kakao Sync.
Integrate APIs
After completing the prerequisites, you can integrate the Kakao APIs according to the signup process in the service.
Required
To use Kakao Sync Simple Signup, you must integrate the following features into your service, including Kakao Login.

You can implement the following APIs additionally in your service if Kakao Login is already integrated:
- Integrate the Retrieving consent details for service terms API. - Proceed Kakao Login users: Required to switch the existing Kakao Login users to Kakao Sync users. - Modify Retrieving user information API: Required when your service needs additional user information.

For more advanced features, you can develop the following features for your service as needed.

If your service is using a web hosting service for an e-commerce platform, such as cafe24 (카페 24), sixshop (식스샵), MakeShop (메이크샵), I'mweb (아임웹), WISA (위사) and 가비아 (gabia), you can easily apply Kakao Sync through Simple settings for ECP. Kakao Sync Service Monitoring
Kakao keeps monitoring the services that apply Kakao Sync and guides the service for better use of Kakao Sync based on the following points.

Simple Signup
Kakao Sync provides the Simple Signup feature that enables users to sign up by simply consenting to the Provision of Kakao Account Information and service terms. To implement this feature to your service, you have to configure and develop as follows. Check if you complete all items in the list below.

Kakao Login
Kakao Sync Simple Signup extends the feature of Kakao Login. If your service applies the Kakao Sync Simple Signup, you can use useful features, such as requesting consent to the service terms and the addition of Kakao Talk Channel. For better use of Kakao Sync Simple Sign up, it is important to make users stay on your website during the login process. Check if users can log in your service without disruption.

Kakao Talk Channel settings
Kakao Sync Simple Signup enables you to gather more friends of your channel by requesting consent to the addition of Kakao Talk Channel of your service when the users sign up through Kakao Sync. For this feature, check the following.
